DON GRIERSON
A legendary, internationally acclaimed A&R executive, has worked with many of the most notable artists in modern music history. As a promotion person for Capitol Records, he was involved with The Beatles and the launch of Apple Records. Don also worked in international, marketing and advertising for Capitol. He then became a founding member and VP of A&R, for EMI America Records, signing and working with acts such as Sheena Easton, Kim Carnes, Kate Bush, Sir Cliff Richard, J. Geils Band, and Kenny Rogers. This was followed by a very successful period as VP of A&R at Capitol where he signed and helped guide a number of hit-making acts, including Tina Turner, Heart, Joe Cocker, Steve Vai, Megadeth, The Motels, Bob Seger, Duran Duran, Thomas Dolby, Billy Squier, and others. Later he became Sr. VP, Head of A&R at Sony/Epic Records in New York, working with such acts as Celine Dion, Cheap Trick, Bad English, Gloria Estefan, Cyndi Lauper, The Jacksons and Living Colour. Don currrently operates his own independent consultant company, is a Music Supervisor for independent films as well as an Executive Producer. He has recently overseen an album by America Idol finalist Jon Peter Lewis and is currently working with Vietnamese superstar Yenn. He is also a faculty member at the Musicians Institute, Hollywood, California.
 
DAN KIMPEL
As one of the American media's foremost authorities on popular music and songwriters, Dan Kimpel contributes to a wide range of print and electronic mediums: books, interactive CD's, magazines, web sites, feature films, videos and new media. To date, Dan has conducted over 300 interviews for the magazines covering diverse talents. His recent interview subjects include Sacha Baron Cohen, Natalie Cole, Ringo Starr, Akon, and Bobby Brown.
Dan also strategizes on projects and writes copy for record labels, music libraries, DVD releases and major label and independent recording artists with a client roster that has included the multi-platinum, Grammy-winning writing and production duo, Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis and R&B legend Bill Withers.

Bernard Baur is an artist crusader, award-winning journalist, and creative marketing consultant. For many artists, he’s been the connection between the streets and the lights. He has over 1200 articles to his credit. With over twenty-five years in music, media and business affairs, Bernard has worked with superstars, not-yet-stars, record labels and entertainment companies, including Warner Bros. A former A&R executive, he’s currently a Contributing Editor, A&R Reporter and Features Writer for Music Connection Magazine; and, the Director of Marketing & Media for The Composers Corner. JOHN ALEXANDER
John Alexander (who is now Senior Vice President of Membership for ASCAP) has been a lead singer in a band, an artist manager, and a top A&R and publishing executive. Currently, he is consulting three digital music companies. He is Representing Hitlab, a talent search company in the digital world partnered with Akon. He has concluded a 4 year deal to work with the Grammys. He is also working on Yangaroo, a secure digital system for the Juno Awards in Canada (equivalent to Grammys). He is also working on a Broadway Musical as well as representing a number of publishing catalogs. He signed as an A & R and publishing deal with Grammy-winning artist, Alanis Morissette. He helped guide her career from her early Canadian success to her multi-platinum, artistic breakthrough, Jagged Little Pill. He owns a management company under which he managed a number of Canadian Recording artists including Sheriff, who had a #1 Billboard single "When I'm With You".
VIJAYENDRA GHATGE
VIJAYENDRA GHATGE hailing from a royal family is a bollywood actor. In 1976, Vijayendra started his film career with Chitchor and has acted in several other films like Kasme Vaade, Shaayad, Nazrana Pyar Ka, Aakhri Insaaf, Meraa Ghar Mere Bachche, Mohabbat Ke Dushman, Sanam Bewafa, and many more. In superhit film Devdaas he played the role of Aishwarya Rai's husband and in Salman Khan's Garv: Pride and Honour he was a Chief Minister. BAPPI LAHIRI
Bappi Lahiri does not require any introduction since he is an icon in the music industry in India and abroad. He is indeed an inventor of Indian Rock. He has so many feathers in his cap. For example, he was the first Indian music director who performed live on BBC during 1989, and he has given music in more than 400 Indian films in various languages. He is pioneer Music Director, who introduced fusion music in Indian cinema. He has composed more than 3550 songs in various films in different Indian languages. In addition, many of his albums have been published and released by dignitaries like Superstar Jackie Chan, by Senator Edward Kennedy and by Mrs. Sonia Gandhi, His music is very popular in China, Russia and Bangladesh as well as in India. “Snake Dance” and “Moving Away” are his two private English albums. In 2005, he was nominated for the best background music for the film “Maine Gandhi ko Nahin Mara”.
RITCH ESRA
Ritch started out as a promotion coordinator for A&M Records in Los Angeles from 1980-81. From 1981-1987, Ritch was the director of West Coast A&R for Arista Records. He signed The Thompson Twins to their U.S. deal, as well as Mara Getz. He worked extensively with the publishing and songwriting communities for material for Whitney Houston, Aretha Franklin, Dionne Warwick, Melissa Manchester, Tanya Tucker, Jennifer Warnes and Jermaine Jackson. He also coordinated music for the "Ghostbusters" and "Perfect" soundtracks. From 1988-1991, Ritch worked on various independent projects. He produced the award-winning educational video for artists and musicians, "How to Get a Record Deal”. Ritch has organized and coordinated the events and activities of The Independent Music Conference in Los Angeles sponsored by BMI. The three-day symposium addressed problems facing recording artists, including publishing, management, touring, obtaining record deals and exploring alternative ways to bring music to the public.
Since 1992, Ritch Esra has been doing the amazing work of creating the Music Business Registry which includes The A &R Registry, The Publisher Registry, The Music Business Attorney Registry and many more.
 
ALISTAIR BELL
Scottish Alistair Bell has not only been playing the piano and singing since the tender age of 6, he also plays the trombone. Educated at RSAMD (Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama), he has studied guitar with many well known musicians, including Peter Driver, Alex Machacek, Rusty Cooley, Tom Kopyto, James Findlay, Dave Hill and many others. He is a graduate from Musicians Institute in Hollywood in Guitar performance. His musical tastes are wide and encompass many styles including jazz, fusion, rock, progressive, metal and classical. Owing to a perfect pitch, he has a very good ear for music. He is currently based in Manchester, UK as a guitar teacher for Greater Manchester primary/secondary schools.
HELI KOOLS
Currently in Hollywood, USA, Ms. Heli Kools traces her roots to her family’s home country and her place of birth – India. Her love and appreciation for her Indian heritage reflects in her musical creations, which combine the best of both worlds. She was trained by Indian maestros and graduated in Indian Classical music at the age of 20 from India and practiced the contemporary style of music at the Musicians Institute, Hollywood. Her musical taste encompasses a wide range of styles including jazz, fusion, rock, progressive and classical. Currently engaged in composing music in a unique blend of her own, Heli is also collaborating with a number of Indian artists in creating various styles. She has been showcased at various stages under the guidance of Hollywood industry professionals.
 
SOM DASGUPTA
Som Dasgupta is a music composer, shuttling between Kolkata and Mumbai. He has an unquenchable thirst for musical projects and longs to create his own symphonies! He obtained a degree in classical Vocal, from Allahabad University, and was trained in Western Classical Piano, graded by the Trinity college London.

Beginning his career with rock bands in Calcutta, he has been playing for the last 20 yrs in the circuit now associated with one of the top 10 bands in the country, called Hip Pocket. He began composing jingles in 2004, and was assigned projects from Bangladesh, too. He scored the international theme song for Rotary International, apart from scoring over 200 jingles, corporate music, and promotional theme songs for clients like TATA, Airtel, Hindusthan Glass, Panasonic and the like. He has begun scoring music for full length features in Bengali. His first film, ”Kranti” was released in 2006. He has composed background scores in the recent Meera Nair film,” Little Zizou”
SHUBHDHA MARATHE
Mrs Shubhada has to her credit, a master's degree in music from Khairagarh University with a gold medal for the topper's position. Her mother, the late Mrs. Mrinalini Mairal, taught her the basics in Hindustani classical music. Mrs. Shubhada also had an opportunity to learn from Mrs. Manjiri Karve Alegaonkar of Pune who is a disciple of the famous musicologist Pt. Waman Rao Deshpande of the same Gharana.A remarkable feature of Mrs. Shubhada is that she can sing Khayal Tappa, Thumari Gazals, Marathi Bhav geet, Bhakti geet, Natya geet, Abhang, Bhajans with the same ease. One more influential name in this regard is Padmshri Late Ustad Abdul Latif Khan, Bhopal, the world famous Sarangi player. Mrs. Shubhada has sung many shlokas in the Sanskrit film "Adya Shankaracharya" directed by the famous personality Shri G.V. lyyer. The musical director of the film was the eminent personality from the field of theater, the late Mr. B.V. Karant. She also had the opportunity to sing in some of his plays like Hayvadan, Malvikagnimitra etc. Mrs Shubhada is a regular classical music artist of Mumbai AIR initially.
 
MOHAMMED VAKIL
Mohammed Vakil is an emerging diamond in the world of indian music. Trained in the Guru-Shishya Parampara (teacher-disciple tradition), he has rapidly matured himself into a through singing professional who express his poetic verses with great precision, collaborating feelings of love, romance and calamity molded authentically in a ghazal format.

Mohammed Vakil was born on January 25, 1976 at Jaipur (Rajasthan) in a family of renowned classical Ghazal singers, who made their original contributions to the ghazal tradition.
SANTOSH PANDIT
He is highly acclaimed in the Indian music industry with an experience of 20 years. His genre includes Indian classical, bollywood and light music. He has been training the Indian musical divas which includes Sunidhi Chauhan, Vibha sharma, Vijeta Pandit, Adesh shrivastava, Chandrachur singh, Nalin Dave and like.
